Raised by Italian immigrants, Chef Franco attributes most of his passion and success to his mother, Mary Pisani, who ran their family-owned bakery in Connecticut. Chef Franco is a graduate of Baltimore Culinary College and moved to Colorado Springs in 1996. He founded Paravicini’s in April of 2003 and has been delighting locals with his exquisite dishes ever since.
